How do I return an item?

At Jannah Gifts we are constantly trying to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. Jannah Gifts will be happy to return any unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused for a full refund. The refund will be for the price of the item only, shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Before sending an item back for refund a email must be sent to contact@jannahgifts.com with details of refund request, date purchased and reason for refund. Only after a customer has received approval for a refund should the customer send the item back.
