Do you ship your products outside the U.S.?
No, all of our stationary and gift items only ship within the U.S. and to Canada.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Our Islamic stationary will ship within 1-2 days from receipt of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy from your store?
No, when you’re in the shopping cart click the “Purchase with Paypal” button. On the left hand side of the next screen you’ll see “Don’t have a Paypal account?” Click the blue underlined word, continue to pay with your credit or debit card.
How do I ship an item to a different address other than my own?
In the shopping cart when asked for your billing address towards the bottom of the page; uncheck the box that reads “Ship items to the above billing address” A new field will open up allowing you to ship items to a different address than your billing address.
Can your Islamic cards be purchased wholesale?

We greatly respect our customers privacy. We only collect the personal information we need to process your order. We will not sell or share your information with anyone.
Returns
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.
Replacements
Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@jannahgifts.com within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order.
